Nathan Lee MNI
Operations Manager
Nathan has worked on the Tees and along the North East coast for over a decade, starting out as deckhand and working up to Skipper onboard the Port's Pilotage craft. In 2013 he entered the offshore renewable industry as Deck Lead for diving operations before moving into Wind Turbine foundation installation & construction.
Since then Nathan has operated as a Client Representative and occasionally
Barge Master on a number of projects in the North Sea and European Waters, on the back of which establishing Red Lion Marine Ltd, paying homage to his home port and rooted career.
Slim
Senior Skipper
Paul comes from a fishing background having worked the North Sea for the most part of his career. Better known as Slim, Paul brings a wealth of boat handling experience and has been with Red Lion Marine since the start.
Shane
Deck Crew
Shane joins the RLM Team after a long career in the Police Force, coupled with a previous role in the Mines Rescue Service, Shane is an excellent crew member to have onboard.
Mike
Skipper & HSEQ Advisor
Mike has supported Red Lion Marine since it was first established in 2017, bringing his expertise as Gold Commander from the Fire Service and near 40 year ongoing RNLI voluntary role, coupled with a health and safety background in offshore wind, Mike provides a strong counsel for our projects & clients.
